Based on IEC 60252-1 2011 standard, our company has adopted this new standard from September 2016. jb JFS motor running capacitors will do the change according to this new standard. Motor Running Capacitor with Cylinder Shape and Plastics Case will change to without safety function SO, Motor Running Capacitor with Cylinder Shape and Aluminum Case will change to with safety function S2.

Capacitor's security protection grade: P0, P1, P2 between difference

P0: capacitor has no special fault protection.

P1: capacitor failure is open circuit or short circuit state, and is a fire or explosion.

P2: capacitor designed fails only in open circuit state, and is a fire or explosion.

Most our Motor capacitors are P0 with plastic case (JFS-A~21), while, for JFS-22~26 with Aluminum case, it can meet P1 standard.
If customer specially need higher P2 standard, we can also do special offer P2 standard.

A motor run capacitor is used to continuously adjust current or phase shift to a motor’s windings in an effort to optimise the motors torque and efficiency performance. 
All run capacitors are designed for continuous duty, and as a result, have a much lower failure rate than start capacitors.

Main Feature:
Motor run capacitors utilize low-loss Metallized polypropylene Zinc aluminum film for dielectric. 
The motor run capacitors are encapsulated with resin and housed in a self-extinguishing plastic case which allows for superior reliability and a high mechanical shock and vibration strength. 

The motor run capacitors is ideal for start and run applications in single-phase asynchronous motors and general A.C. applications at industrial frequencies. 

The motor run capacitor is small in bulk, has long life-span and good self-healing characteristic. 

The motor run capacitor is widely used as the start up and running capacitor that is special for micro water pump, cleaning machine, washing machine, and single-phase water pump motor.

CBB61 Fan Capacitors  with the capacitance from 1uf to 100uf , and voltage from 250VAC to 500VAC .

The product of the performance met the requirements of IEC252 standards, has good self-healing properties, long service life, resistance to electrical performance, widely used for electric fans, 
generators, blowers, piping for the pump to start or run on the appliance.

C – meaning Capacitor, B – meaning the Dielectric is a non-polar organic film, B – meaning the Dielectric material is polypropylene60 – meaning Plastic can motor run capacitor. Usually Motor Running Capacitors CBB61 have wire lead,with pin,with ears terminal types. 
With ears which means the capacitors often with 2 or 4 metallic blades to connect the electric wires.
