The specific type of capacitors with high electrical characteristics are widely used in single phase A.C. motors with rated voltage of 110V-330V and the frequency of 50Hz-60Hz to get high rotary torque at low starting current, and also the motor at a lower starting current under high torque.

CBB60: Motor Running Capacitor (JFS-10~21)
CBB61: Motor Running Capacitor JFS-A~D, JFS-5~7, JFS-9)
CBB65: Motor Running Capacitor (JFS-22~24), and JFS-20, JFS-21 are fully encapsulated by retardant epoxy resin. No need the case cover anymore. By doing this, the products will have high reliable and smaller size.
CD60: Motor Starting Capacitor (JSW)

Well, what is the difference between motor running and motor starting capacitors? here below we summarize for you.

1. Different Performance: running mean keep working, while starting purpose just let the machine to start, and the working time only last for few seconds actually.
2. Different Stuffing: CBB60, CBB61 are filled with epoxy resin, CBB65 are filled with refined castor oil and wax, and CD60 are filled with asphalt.
3. Different Dielectric: The dielectric of starting capacitors is Aluminum foil, while in running capacitors, it is metallized polypropylene film.
4. Different Capacitance: Running capacitors is started from 1uF (1uF~150uF), while Starting capacitors is started from 50uF (50uF~1500uF).

Also different outer case (Plastic case, and Aluminum case), application, inner construction...

Firstly, we want to make a test with you . Do you know what is 2+2 terminals, 2+4 terminals, 4+4 terminals?
Well, from the name of terminal we know they are refering to CBB65 Motor Running Capacitors.

2 means 2 pins terminal, 4 means 4 pins terminal. Very interesting, right?
JFS - 22 : 2+2 terminals type, JFS - 23: 2+4 terminals type, JFS - 24: 4+4 terminals type

In China, most factory produce CBB60 motor running capacitors with plastic case and with a cover. Why so ? 
Firstly is cost down, secondly is most factories are selling the products to domestic market, most people should know domestic market do not need high requirement compared with overseas market.

However, we jb Capacitors Company main maket is Euopen countries. We must export superior quality to our customers. So we make CBB60 different with most China factories.

Our JFS - 20 and JFS -21 are fully encapsulated by retardant epoxy resin. No need the case cover anymore. By doing this, the products will have high reliable and smaller size.

CBB60 Motor Running Capacitor (JFS-A~D、JFS-5~7、JFS-9) : Widely used for micro water pump, cleaning machine, washing machines and air compressor.
CBB61 Motor Running Capacitor(JFS-10~21): Widely used as start-up and running capacitor that is especially for electric appliances such as electric fan, ventilators and exhaust fan.
CBB65 Motor Running Capacitor(JFS-22~24): Widely used for air-conditioners, refrigerators, generators, illuminating lamps.
CD60 Motor Starting Capacitor (JSW-A,B,C): Helping A.C single-phase motor starting.

JFS - 23 with wide range of capacitance from 1uF to 100uF. Common voltage is 370 VAC and 450VAC. All of our motor capacitors are with ROHS compliant.
