Here is our statement about the X2 capacitors:

We are testing all incoming batch of X2 polypropylene capacitors for breakdown voltage. According to our internal quality standard, this must be minimum 2000Vdc. The shipment which we received from JB Capacitors is consistently well above this threshold on all purchased values from 0.022uF to 1uF. According to our QA reports, we have not experienced a single failure in the past 12 months period.

Arcotronics Kemet, Epcos,Pilkor, EVOX RIFA, Panasonic lead time is very very long, one customer told me this morning Arcotronics Kemet R46 X2 need 371days, that is 53 weeks, over 1 year....

But JB X2 lead time is only 5-7 weeks, for common value like 0.1uF even can meet 4-5 weeks.
