Kemet R76 series. Its capacitance value is from 0.001 to 0.068uF with high precision of capacitance. And, the rated voltage range is from 630VDC to 2000VDC. Moreover, the tolerance can reach +/-5% and +/-10%. Its application includes high voltage, high frequency and pulse circuit.
